Title: How about FOIA requests for info from FDA on their removal of EUA for HCQ?

I don't know anything about the procedure involved, but would like to make a FOIA request for information from the FDA regarding the process they used, to determine it was appropriate to remove Emergency Use Authorization for early outpatient treatment of COVID with HCQ?
