My neighbor's parents both got sick. Their mother tested positive for COVID-19 and started treatment. Her 64-year-old very healthy husband tested negative so he didn't receive treatment, with a wait and see approach, and repeated negative tests. He wound up being hospitalized and in all he received 5 negative tests before he tested positive shortly before he died as a result of delayed treatment. He wound up suffering and dying on a ventilator with a course or courses of Remdesivir. Partly his bullheadedness but almost entirely from not being prescribed HCQ+Z+AZ or Ivermectin+doxycycline on an early outpatient basis.
