I'm no lawyer but I have to wonder about grounds for wrongful death or medical malpractice lawsuits, to be brought by patients or their survivors against hospitals, doctors, or state and local governments that denied them simple early INpatient treatment with hydroxychloroquine+zinc+Azithromycin or ivermectin in same combo (
, whose efficacy has been demonstrated since early on during the pandemic) but were administered Remdesivir instead with little hope of help?
https://www.covid-19forum.org/index.php?topic=545.0What about suing for administering Remdesivir/Vekllury instead of tremendously more effective Ivermectin, that has been administered in successful treatment of COVID patients ever since April of 2020?
https://www.covid-19forum.org/index.php?topic=461.0Particularly for patients that had their liver, kidneys or heart ruined by Remdesivir?
https://www.covid-19forum.org/index.php?topic=463.0Even an early NIH study concluded regarding Remdesivir that the
"difference in mortality was not statistically significant".
https://www.covid-19forum.org/index.php?topic=19.0While studies at both Mt. Sinai and Henry Ford hospitals
found that hydroxychloroquine administered soon after patient's admission, reduced the mortality rate by about 50%. This even though I don't believe any of the patients were given zinc with it, and only a portion of them were given Azithromycin to work in synergy with the HCQ.
https://www.covid-19forum.org/index.php?topic=77.0https://www.covid-19forum.org/index.php?topic=120.0More recently, "The WHO-sponsored study was conducted from March 22 to Oct. 4 and involved 11,330 patients from 405 hospitals in 30 countries."
".....
the World Health Organization found that remdesivir doesn’t help hospitalized patients with COVID-19 survive and doesn’t even shorten the recovery time of those who do survive."
https://www.covid-19forum.org/index.php?topic=366.0So are doctors and hospitals going to keep administering remdesivir?
Is the FDA going to continue to give it emergency use authorization, even though it would seem it does basically nothing, except cause heart, liver and kidney damage in some patients?
Even as the FDA continues its revocation of emergency use authorization for hydroxychloroquine, even though it has repeatedly shown to be safe and up to 100% effective even among elderly and high-risk patients in the early outpatient setting, when administered immediately upon the presentation of symptoms or clinical suspicion of COVID-19?
There are already
doctors suing the FDA. What about the families whose loved ones died as a result of being deprived of hydroxychloroquine? I don't know, I only ask the questions.
Again, I'm no attorney, but where does that leave doctors that have been denying their patients hydroxychloroquine+zinc+Azithromycin, immediately upon their arrival in the hospital, but instead put them on remdesivir?
Where does that leave doctors that have been seeing COVID-19 patients in the early OUTpatient setting, that according to results of many treating physicians their patients would have had up to a 100% chance of survival even in the case of elderly and high risk individuals, if they had been treated with the Zelenko Protocol in the outpatient setting, immediately upon presentation of symptoms or clinical suspicion of COVID-19?
https://www.covid-19forum.org/index.php?board=3.0What does that say about pharmacists and pharmacies that had the pure unmitigated gall to insert themselves between the prescribing doctor and patient by refusing to sell HCQ to a COVID sufferer when time is of the absolute essence as a matter of life or death for successful early treatment?
Will it require a blizzard of lawsuits to get some medical "professionals" attention?
