On Thursday, a committee of 22 experts recommended that the FDA should authorize Pfizer's COVID-19 shots for emergency use.
Their recommendation is non-binding, but the FDA is expected to go along with it.
Four committee members voted 'no,' and one abstained.
Three of them expressed concerns about including teenagers who haven't been well studied yet, and one argued that instead of widespread vaccine distribution, studies should expand to include and monitor more people, before the vaccine is released to millions of Americans."
