Why aren't your representatives and senators speaking up for the dirt cheap ($6 per course of treatment) and highly effective drug hydroxychloroquine, that could keep 97% of COVID-19 patients from ever needing to be hospitalized?

Could it be because Big Pharma provides twice the campaign payments to representatives and senators as the next closest contributor - the oil industry - so they are essentially owned by Big Pharma? There is no campaign support to be found from a dozen different manufacturers, of a 65-year old drug that cannot be patented, that costs 60 cents a pill.

How much of print and legacy TV media budgets are financed by Big Pharma advertising dollars?
