"Doctor who advocates hydroxychloroquine for COVID-19 to file federal lawsuit against social media for censorship

Dr. Simone Gold, the founder of America's Frontline Doctors, said she plans to file a federal lawsuit for censorship against several major social media platforms.

"I think it's a violation of certain First Amendment rights," said Michael Pike, Gold's attorney.

Gold and others from America's Frontline Doctors held a seminar and news conference in Washington, D.C., on July 27, talking about COVID-19 and advocating the use of hydroxycholoquine as a safe and highly successful treatment.

The news conference was streamed live in front of the U.S. Supreme Court, and quickly went viral. Over 20 million people viewed it on Facebook alone in a few hours, and President Trump retweeted a clip.

However, within a day, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube deleted the video, and Gold said her website on Squarespace was canceled.

"We were de-platformed immediately... all fairly simultaneously took us down. It's impossible to believe that wasn’t coordinated because it all was taken down at the same time," said Gold, who said several other platforms also yanked their livestream tape.

But Facebook said the video was removed because it contains misleading medical information
-- one of the AFD doctors claiming hydroxychorloquine is a cure for COVID-19, others saying masks don't work.

"We were there with a message of hope and truth and we were shut down and I think it’s because they want to keep Americans fearful," said Gold.

The FDA did authorize the emergency use of hydroxychloroquine for use in COVID-19 patients in February, but revoked that order in June, saying:

"We made this determination based on recent results from a large, randomized clinical trial in hospitalized patients that found these medicines showed no benefit for decreasing the likelihood of death or speeding recovery."

("Hospitalized" patients says it all. By the time someone is hospitalized the virus is pretty much past the viral replication stage and the person's system is in the inflammatory phase so HCQ can't be expected to have much effect. The FDA knew its removal of EUA was based on the late stage, bogus, designed to fail, dangerous, Big Pharma influenced abominations, in which they literally killed trial patients by administering toxic doses of HCQ.)

Pike said he plans to file a federal collateral censorship lawsuit against several social media giants.

"Currently, Dr. Gold is being censored all over the media and social media platforms as well as on the internet," said Pike.

Hundreds of clinical trials are currently underway to see if hydroxychloroquine helps fight COVID-19, and the believers are out there.

"It came on me like a truck hit me, the body aches, the headaches," said former Boca Raton Fire Rescue Captain Scott Johnston, who contracted the virus in July.

Scott said his doctor prescribed hydroxychloroquine a few days into his sickness as he progressively was getting worse.

"And literally in 24 hours I began to feel relief from the headaches, the respiratory issues I was having, the body aches," said Johnston.

(that is typical)

Infectious Disease Specialist Dr. Kitonga Kiminyo said he didn't see any serious side effects when prescribing the drug, but clinical trials and his experience don't show hydroxychloroquine is very successful.

"We did use it early on and my personal experience is it appeared to help some people but certainly it didn’t help most," said Kiminyo.

(Obviously a lot depends on the quality of clinician. Did he administer it with azithromycin and zinc? Did he wait too long to administer it when the virus had already spun out of control? Perhaps encourage his patients to "go home and isolate" until they became short of breath first? Did he wait for the entirely unreliable results from PCR tests to come back before treating?
How did he do so badly when skilled clinicians like Dr. Brian Tyson had 100% success in treating 1900 elderly and high-risk patients with 0 deaths and only 1 hospitalization of 4 days? By treating immediately upon presentation of symptoms or clinical suspicion of COVID in high-risk individuals.)

Gold said she's fearful the government is interfering in doctor-patient relationships by not allowing doctors to prescribe a drug she insists can help.

"The main problem is Americans are living in fear and I’m telling you, you don’t need to live in fear," said Gold

Dr. Kiminyo said based on the FDA guidelines, at this time he no longer recommends using hydroxychloroquine.

"Unfortunately, I think we have to go based on the available science and because that is the only way we can move ahead and treat this; so I would say, and certainly many physicians would say, based on the data we would not recommend using it as this time," said Kiminyo.

(So what did he recommend instead of the up to 100% effective Zelenko Protocol? Nothing? Tamiflu?)

Kiminyo said if a doctor does prescribe hydroxychloroquine, they should tell their patients it is not approved by the FDA for COVID-19 treatment.

(Of course they should. Do you suppose he is taking his own advice when sticking his patients with the vaccine? Recommending against a safe 65 year old drug taken by millions of Americans, while administering a vaccine that hasn't even been tested on animals (in which phase all other corona virus vaccines failed)?)

Dr. Gold said she doesn't think social media companies should censor their information, and doctors and patients should be able to decide together how to treat their conditions.

Pike said they plan to file the censorship lawsuit in the near future and also are building a defamation lawsuit against at least two media organizations."

So which board certified doctors and world renowned virologists and epidemiologists at Facebook, decided that these board certified doctor's video "contains misleading medical information"?
