According to Politico Remdesivir costs Gilead "about $9.32 to manufacture" (though the article does contain some not unusual but ridiculous gems like "one of the most promising coronavirus drugs on the market" - at least ridiculous as compared to time-tested up to 100% effective HCQ+Z+AZ).
